Alex Ouston is a renowned make-up artist passionate for make-up that creates both beauty and confidence. Currently working in Television, Alex is based in the Brisbane/Byron Bay areas, though she frequently travels for work. 

Combining professional Hair Styling and Makeup techniques with natural flare and attention to detail, Alex's creations are much more than meets the eye.

Specialising in television, fashion and bridal make-up, Alex has a warm, easy going approach to creating the perfect look, which makes her a fantastic member of any team or to have as part of your special day.

While working for MAC Cosmetics for 2 years she developed a keen eye for creating original fashion looks.  Alex built on this foundation with work and training in Advanced Prosthetic Make-up in Los Angeles with Joe Blasco Makeup Academy.  Following this training she has worked on runway shows, editorial print, film/TV and music videos for many artists that include Kanye West, Jeff Martin, Jac Stone, and Thelma Plum.

Staying in touch with current make-up and fashion trends keeps Alex up to date with all the latest looks and products.  She uses 
MAC, Gorgio Armarni, Nars, Makeup Forever, also Temptu and Element Two Airbrushing products while also incorporating a range skin care products to create a fresh look and feel to the skin, ideal for bridal work.

Alex is available to create looks with either traditional or airbrush application for Weddings, Fashion Shows and Photoshoots, Film and Television.
